Everything you make with it is yours: tracks, stems, samples and presets. Use it commercially, royalty-free, with no credit required.
Updates
Every future update is free. There’s no subscription.
Refunds
If KerBy isn’t for you, ask for a refund within 30 days of buying it. No questions asked. Reply to your receipt or email dev [at] slypork [dot] net.
No warranty
KerBy is provided as is, without warranty of any kind. I test it carefully and fix problems when they’re reported, but I can’t be liable for loss or damage from using it. This doesn’t limit any rights you have under consumer law where you live.
The sale
KerBy is sold through Gumroad, which handles payment and tax. Their terms apply to the purchase itself.
